Orsola Maison

Love this super spacious, centrally located, immaculately clean, beautiful kitchen apartment. We had a very comfortable three night stay, air condition was very good! Fruits, snacks and juice and water were available. Nice veranda. Super helpful host Mauricio. Highly recommended!

O atendente Maurizio foi muito gentil, deixou água, coisas para café da manhã e até aperitivos. Deu boas orientações sobre a cidade. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e confortável. Os móveis são meio antigos, a localização é excelente.

Só não gostei da cafeteira.

This spacious apartment is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes to the train/bus station in one direction and a few minutes to the main Plaza and old town Sorrento in the other direction and a good size supermarket directly opposite. It has good WIFI, air-con in the living room and bedroom, also 2 x televisions. There is a lovely outlook from the rear balcony and from the bedroom juliette balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle in the street below. There is no noise from the street below when the balcony doors are closed. It was secure and very clean with very hot water. Maurizio was waiting for us on arrival and took time to explain everything about the apartment, even being happy to carry our cases up the 2 flights of stairs. He provided some information travelling around and was available to help quickly with any query both before and during our stay - for example he explained the best way to get from the airport and shared a timetable and prices as soon as we had booked out stay. There were lots of pastries, jam, chocolate spread, butter, coffee, milk, juices, water and fruit in the apartment on our arrival which was very much appreciated. Thank you Maurizio!

There was sometimes a little bit of noise from the neighbouring apartment but that was because the adjoining walls were quite thin, not because they were bad neighbours. It wouldn't stop us returning.

El departamento es amplio, cómodo y está a media cuadra de la plaza central, con vista al Vesubio. Mauricio, el anfitrión, nos esperó con muchos y variados productos para desayunos, meriendas y aperitivos. Nos explicó muy clara y amablemente el funcionamiento del departamento. Nos dio tips sobre paseos para que nuestra estancia en Sorrento sea inolvidable! No dudaría en volver a Orsola Maison si tuviera la oportunidad!

Maurizio was an excellent host! Ruth had a dental emergency and he referred us to a top dentist and he fixed her crown the next morning! Awesome service!

The apartment was large and airy, right in the centre of Sorrento, three minutes from the rail station and about 10 minutes walk to the port. If you want to stay in the centre of Sorrento there really isn't a much better placed apartment. It's also directly opposite a good (though incredibly high security) supermarket which is handy. The owner was very attentive, was extremely helpful and gave lots of freebies such as breakfast items. We got thorough instructions on different aspects of the apartment and guidance on the locality, all very useful. We'd highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location! Was very clean, light and airy. The 2 AC units chilled us down nicely. It has a good range of appliances available for use and lots of nice little freebies including milk, coffee, bread, juice, croissants, fresh fruit and washing machine capsules. Mauritzio was an amazing guy, he is a lovely person to chat with and very informative on both the apartment and the sorrento area. Once we had exchanged WhatsApp details on arrival he was on hand to help with anything we wanted or needed in sorrento during our stay. He even helped carry our large heavy suitcases up the stairs

If I have to put something it would be the stairs to gain entry. Being in such a good location it’s almost to be expected and it can’t be helped. It wasn’t really an issue for us but it could be for some.
