Very large, clean and comfortable room. Nice to have a balcony and an espresso machine. Good location near the station. Only briefly met the hosts but they seemed super nice and friendly.

Breakfast options were a bit limited and there was no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom

Being a family of 5, we occupied 2 rooms for a night, en route to northern Europe. Both rooms were spacious, clean and with new furniture. The WiFi connection was decent. We appreciated the flexible check-in process and the prompt response of the owner.

No actual (self-serviced) breakfast was provided; there was nothing left at 08:30, so we had to go out to grab a bite. In the Q&As it was not clarified that the private parking is open until 23.00. At the time of our arrival (at midnight) we had to park on the street.

Very nice comfortable clean and tidy, bed was lovely, handy for bus or trains, didn't meet the staff, all done by phone, would recommend it

10 min walk from the train station, really nice and cosy. the bed was super comfortable and the location is great to reach the old town :) nice breakfast as well, and Maria, who comes in the morning to clean the rooms, was adorable :)

my only regret is that it was not possible to use the kitchen to cook, as the hotplate is blocked. Also there is no reception, which can be a bit confusing as you have to call a number to get instructions to enter. so you need to have a plan on your phone allowing you to call in Italy :) but except that, perfect :)
