L'alloggio è un appartamento in una villette plurifamiliare situata su una collina nei pressi di Narni sulla strada per il monastero di San Cassiano. L'appartamento è molto grande con un bel bagno pulito e confortevole una sala con divano letto ed un cucinino. La colazione viene servita al mattino dal padrone della struttura e comprende bevande calde (a scelta), torte, brioche calde marmellata e pane. Il proprietario si è mostrato molto disponibile a soddisfare nostre eventuali specifiche richieste.

La struttura è posizionata in un luogo isolato, quindi è strettamente necessario prendere la macchina per spostarsi ed andare a Narni o in località vicine, le imposte non creano un buoi totale ed ottimale nella stanza, quindi per chi, come me, fatica a dormire con la luce, vuol dire doversi alzare presto al mattino, specie se ci si mette pure il gallo del vicino.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno in questa casa vacanza. Il signor Maurizio ci ha accolto all'arrivo con il sorriso, premura e disponibilità. La colazione super con prodotti fatti in casa e frutta fresca. L'ubicazione in mezzo agli ulivi, con affaccio sul giardino e sulla città di Narni ci ha permesso di spostarci agevolmente: in auto per arrivare a Narni e così visitare la città sia per un trekking programmato lungo il fiume Nera. L'appartamento prenotato è risultato pulito, con ampi spazi a disposizione, cucina attrezzata e possibilità di relax sul terrazzino dove veniva offerta la colazione. Ottima struttura! Consigliata!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Bed & Breakfast. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders dankbar sind wir für die vielen tollen Tipps, die uns geholfen haben, die schönsten Orte in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen, hier zu übernachten – es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Just wonderful people. So helpful and nice, and if you like a quiet place with views, this is the place!

The staff is extra polite and caring, I was in Umbria for a conference and had some difficulties with commuting, so the host gave me a ride more than once. The property was extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent (the homemade cakes were just delicious).

A very big apartment for the cost, including a living room and kitchen. Perfect for long stays but we were just there for two nights. New Ans updated facilities. Host was very welcoming, bringing is anti-mosquito coils when we saw us eating outside. Great view of the old city as well as olive groves. A great romantic get away. I stayed here as part of a little personal pilgrimage and very easy to reach. He even gave us a little glass of prosseco as we left.
