B&B DOÑA FLOR

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, tout était nickel ! Les petits déjeuners sont fantastiques, quel régal ! Ambiance familiale mais discrète, bref, pile ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Peut être un peu d'insonorisation à mettre en place dans les chambres. Sinon, RAS !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la gentillesse des propriétaires. Notre chambre était plutôt spacieuse et très propre. Nous avions accès à une terrasse (partagée) devant notre chambre ce qui était agréable. L’espace piscine toujours très bien entretenu.

Petit « bémol » au niveau de l’insonorisation, lorsque nous étions dans la salle de bain celle ci était attenante à la salle de bain de la chambre d’à côté et nous entendions tout ce qui s’y passait. Une route assez fréquentée longeait le côté piscine ce qui à certaines heures pouvait être un peu bruyant (mais souvent le chant des cigales prenait le dessus! )

Ya le sugerí a Giani, más jabón y bebidas en la habitación (agua). Pero la observación es sólo un detalle para mejorar aún más la excelente calidad del acogedor lugar.

Vous pouvez y loger les yeux fermés ! Un cadre magnifique, la chambre, la sdb, les balcons, la piscine tout est vraiment très propre et toujours avec un parfum d'une odeur 🤩 le petit dejeuner est délicieux 😋 les propriétaires sont accueillants, gentils et même attentifs ! (Un jour notre ado ne s'est pas levé à l'heure pour le petit dej et les propriétaires lui avait laissé le petit dej pour qu'il puisse quand même manger en se levant). Tous les conseils donnés par les propriétaires ont fait notre bonheur ! L'emplacement est top. Il y a également un parking privé. Tout est bien pensé, l'air conditionné nous a bien fait plaisir également. Bref, si nous retournons dans les Pouilles, c'est à nouveau chez eux que nous logerons !

De kamers zijn gehorig. Zelfs met oordoppen in konden we niet door harde contactgeluiden van onze buren heen slapen. Buiten dineren was in de tuin toen wij er waren nagenoeg onmogelijk door overlast van vele wespen en fruitvliegjes. Ondanks deze slechte ervaring moesten we het volledige bedrag van €95 betalen (inclusief een fles wijn van €23) en kwam de eigenaar ons niet proactief tegemoet. De ligbedden zijn vies, oud en versleten. De tuin grenst aan een drukke autoweg en in de tuin staat een grote hoogspanningsmast. We vinden het onbegrijpelijk dat er in enkele reviews wordt gesproken over “een oase” en “zeer rustige omgeving”. We voelen ons misleid door de vele lovende reviews (21 reviews met een score 10) De kwaliteit staat in ieder geval in geen verhouding tot de prijs. De locatie is geen 10 en te duur. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring.

The most beautiful stairwell I’ve ever seen !!! The patio looked like a proper Mediterranean setting with plants , cactus and plenty of green 🥰 The hosts made us home cooked breakfast, best jam tart ever !! And they were absolutely knowledge and gave us plenty of tips for our next stay . They came to pick us up from the airport at an extra cost which was fine , €75 , while all the taxi companies wanted €90 . The en-suite bedroom looked like from the past , but beautiful with sweet details in it.

It was all perfect , just no pool as it was still cold 😂🥰

Beautiful and cozy B&B! The room had everything we needed, and the garden was a small oasis. Perfect pool and the most delicious breakfast. We also had dinner there, which was some of the best food we had during our 10-day trip in Puglia. The entire family was extremely welcoming, and we had a great time. Our kids didn't want to leave, and we had to promise them that we would come back in the near future.

We loved everything!

Very relax location; large, comfortable and super clean rooms; different nice seating places around the house so you can always find shade, a breeze or sun as you wish; large swimming pool; close to a small but cute village with a couple of nice restaurants and bars; super nice and flexible hosts who make excellent lunches or dinners upon request.

Can’t think of anything

Parabita is centrally placed and an ideal spot for touring all sorts of places such as Gallipoli, along the coast, which was wild and beautiful on the day we visited We also went to Santa Maria di Leuca - a great storm was battering the shore. The recommendation from our hosts to visit the restaurant Veneri in Parabita was a good one - we had a wonderful lunch and spoke to the owner whose father was at the Olympics, taking part in Karate. Although the pool was not open, naturally enough, we found the peace and quiet just what we needed to recuperate from Naples., and even Taranto - though there, the archaeological museum and castle were real highlights of our tour of southern Italy. What most impressed us was Donna Flor's talents as a chef - your can order a meal in the morning and it will be ready when you come back, tired from your travels. We loved the décor of the room and entire house - and we would love to visit again. There is a fridge in the room, which is good if you are touring around.

The hosts did everything possible to make our stay comfortable - they are most generous and we cannot fault the service they give.
