Tudo! Extremamente gentis, instalações lindas super climatizadas e com a cara da Itália. Gentileza extraordinária. Tive problema com a minha acomodação seguinte e pude deixar minha mala lá eu retornei só no outro dia pra buscar me deixaram com a chave. Quando eu retornei pra buscar mala deixaram eu me trocar usar o banheiro. Sem palavras, voltaria 1000 vezes🥰🥰🥰

this property is absolutely beautiful and very special. It’s old you feel like you’re going back in time but gorgeously decorated bathroom very modern kitchen is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. The host is very kind and component. I was very happy to meet him and he helped me with some travel and language issues which was great. I absolutely love this place and I’m so happy I got to stay in it. The location is so good. It’s an old siena I’ve never really stayed in a place so lovely and of but comfy and safe. There are some real artists in this family thanks for everything.

L'emplacement dans le centre historique au pied du Duomo Chambre propre et décorée avec soin, tout comme l'appartement Le petit déjeuner, plutôt complet se passe dans une jolie petite cuisine avec vue sur la basilique San Domenico Et pour finir un accueil avec de vrais humains et non une boite à clés avec des hôtes fantômes.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The view from the green room was lovely. Breakfast was filling. Clean. Other guests friendly. Great location. Ambiance felt like we were in Italy! Interesting artwork throughout. Shower good.

2 minor issues to consider…For octogenarians, the climb up three floors was slow—but the city is hilly too—so not a huge problem. The taxi ride from the train station upon arrival was a bit tricky—16 Euros in a cab that had a high undercarriage. A short walk to a nearby piazza with easy taxi access was 12 Euros on our return to the trains.

Everything was just perfect!

Fabulous central location, amazing view from the windows, Stunning beamed ceiling, clean, comfortable beds and hot powerful shower. Good breakfast.

Host was awkward and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Stood in the kitchen on his phone whilst guests were having breakfast which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Self serve tea/coffee with access to milk would have been nice.
