B&B La Vie en Rose

Location is super good. Just 7 min from train station, 10 min from touristic port. Main Street with a lot of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants. Just 5 min from old city.

We had a wonderful room with a nice balcony overlooking a pedestrian only street. The location is great for using the train or ferry with many restaurants nearby. The host Antonella was very responsive providing restaurant recommendations, an iron, cork screw etc. coffee and a pastry was included just steps away at the Grande Cafe Moka. We definitely recommend La Vie En Rose.

Great location and easily accessible from the train station. Staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. My room was big and the air conditioning is great. Restocked the fridge with fresh water every day with bottles of water which was a nice touch. Modern interiors and very clean!! I felt safe as a solo traveller, good security and warm friendly feel in the area and the building. Cafe Moka the local cafe is lovely too if you have breakfast included. 10/10 - would definitely come back

The doors and walls are quite thin so you can hear everything. Was mostly fine but could be tricky for some people who sleep lightly. The bathroom is a little on the small side, some manoeuvring to get in and out of the shower. If you had any physical disability this property may not be suitable. Stairs on entry and in the room. But I can't stress enough these are minor things and only mentioning them for anyone who may want to know these details.
