Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e al mare.Ottima la colazione presso un bar convenzionato.

Le foto della stanza non corrispondono alla realtà. La testata del letto era tutta rovinata, le camere divise da armadio storti, il bagno senza finestra, il balcone sporchissimo e nessun frigo presente in struttura.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a central area.

This was my third stay at Il Falco, and I left feeling very disappointed. The hotel is under new ownership, and the quality of the service has declined significantly. Hopefully, the new owners are just adjusting, but I think I'll look elsewhere next time I'm in RC. During previous stays, there was coffee, juice, water, melba toast, and jam, all of which were refreshed daily. This time, we had two bottles of water. There was a coffee machine without a water tank and no coffee pods. The hook for the shower head was broken. There was an empty bottle of liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping is supposed to happen between 10:30am and 1pm, so we vacated the room by 10:45am the first morning. It was disappointing when we returned in the afternoon to see that our room had not been refreshed. (To their credit, they did send someone the next day and the room had been cleaned thoroughly.)

ottima posizione per visitare il museo e le bellezze della città. Camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Nessun problema per ritirare la chiave e consegnarle...fatto in autonomia seguendo le indicazioni mandate tramite messaggi su Booking dal proprietario. Buono colazione da usare in un bar vicino.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the central beach and in a lively neighborhood. Breakfast was not served at the hotel itself, but in a nearby café (a pastry with coffee or juice).

Overall, the price for the room seemed too high for what was offered. However, for a family of three, the room felt quite small and there was also a problem with hot water during our stay.

Es un alojamiento cómodo con una habitación amplia. El servicio de desayuno incluye unos bonos a canjear en un bar cercano.

Prima di tutto migliorerei la comunicazione tra host e cliente: ho dovuto contattare più volte telefonicamente il proprietario per avere delle informazioni sul check-in. Nonostante questo fatto non si è mostrato presente nel darci delle indicazioni che andassero oltre al minimo sindacabile. Assenza di un asciugacapelli. Muro scrostato. Asse del wc rotta.
