B&B 80056 Ercolano

Host was excellent. Location perfect.for ruins and trips to Pompeii and Capua. Really liked the town of Ercolano. The room was clean and could not have asked for more.

No electric pot and coffee cups.

The room was large with a comfortable table for using a laptop. The lighting in the room was amazing. Also, it's nicely located near the train station. The room also featured a convenient wardrobe, perfect for keeping everything organized

The bathroom was always wet and the heated towel rail wasn't working, so the towels remained damp. Also, if you don't eat sweets, there aren't many options for breakfast.

Great location, Train station was 5 mins walk and Herculaneum was a short walk down the main road. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was across the road, standard sweet options + coffee/tea. Balcony overlooked a quiet carpark and was a nice place to sit and have a coffee/wine.

No lift. Vending machines outside on the streets stocked with adult products. Area had a feel of 'Kings Cross' or a red light district. Was safe at night though so it was not a problem for us and there were great places to eat close by.

Cleanliness, bathroom

I would prefer to have separate sleeping covers instead of one big one, and a bit bigger pillows.

Lovely room and bathroom. A little tight for four adults but superb for couple or two adults with smaller children. Lovely and cool, secure. Facilities all close to hand. Clean, comfortable, close to the ruins and also to the Circumvesuviano station, easy access onto Naples/ Pompeii. Recommended if you want to be by the ruins of Herculaneum, and have easy access to Pompeii by train, and prefer to be a little out of Naples itself.

Nothing really. Access to the small balcony would have been nice, but it is a busy built up area so not a major deal really !
