Gli asciugamani erano piccolissimi oltre che rigidi e ruvidi, simil carta vetrata. La cucina aveva la pattumiera che puzzava.

"HORRIBLE customer service, avoid staying at all costs!"

Absolutely nothing!

Horrible customer service, we booked a suite for 3 persons and an additional room for 1 person and they failed to provide the accommodation we PAID for. On top of that, they wanted to add an additional charge for the 3rd person staying in the room (which was already confirmed and paid for). We left and found accommodation elsewhere. After the entire incident we contacted Booking.com multiple times to receive a refund for the places we paid for that they couldn’t accommodate and they proceeded to refuse to refund us! After saying it was Booking.com fault that they are providing rooms on their website that they do not have, it’s insane how they are not refusing to refund for SAID rooms…
