I like the fact that it’s closer to airport and the owner drops me off to where I can get a bus the next day

My flight arrived 1135pm, so I got there so late. By the way, this is not an hotel as I thought. It’s a Airbnb! It was stressful getting there because my first Uber driver dropped me off at B&B hotel instead of B&B Insula Portus, so I had to book another ride to get to there. Upon getting there, the owner welcomed me warmly and requested for my passport which I gave him at once and asked if he has a charger to borrow me. When he left, I thought about it for a minute why I had to leave my passport with him. I remembered I’ve been told that I cannot give my passport out, people who needs it can take picture of it or make a photocopy, so I went out of my room quickly but couldn’t find him. I opened the outside door to see if I can still find him but guess what? The door locked me out automatically. So I was panicking and thought I will have to sleep outside but luckily there’s a bell so I rang the bell about three times. Apparently, the owner lives upstairs, so he came down yelling and speaking Italian. That was first time in a very long time that someone will talk to me in such manner and tone. I keep apologizing and tired to explain but he was just going on and on. I have to compose a message in Italian on google to apologize to him and also let him know that I would like to get my passport back that he can make a photocopy. My phone battery was at 2% , I beg if he can borrow me a charger before I lost my in the airport. He went upstairs and came back with a charger and still keeps up with the manner. Unfortunately, the charger does not fit my phone, so he went back to his room. I couldn’t sleep again because of the experience. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping though the room was super clean. The location is beside the road and I can hear all the cars’ movement. The next day he made the breakfast but I couldn’t eat it because I still felt uncomfortable.
