his place was very nice. Location was amazing. There were 3 rooms upstairs in the mall accessible by elevator or stairs. We were in room 1. There was daily housekeeping and the room was immaculate. Waters and snacks were provided and replenished daily. The only negative about the room was the air conditioner was not turned on for the season but the fan worked well and the windows opened to allow a nice breeze in the evenings. With the windows open you do need to be accustomed to street noise. Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend B&B

"Perfect stay, comfy modern central B&B"

A hop from Maggiore, totally quiet, clean and large room, great amenities, nice cookies and a huge very comfy bed with nice linen. Personal welcome by owner, extremely friendly. Goes the extra mile!! Will make this my regular place when coming to Bologna
