La colazione in terrazza vista Porto Santo Stefano... meravigliosa

It’s a great location, right on the rocks above the sea. There’s a pedestrian cycle tunnel leading from a passageway off the beach that takes you straight into Porto Santo Stefano in around 15 minutes. If you like sea swimming, this place is paradise. You can take one of their loungers and set up on the pier. Staff are lovely. Great view from the breakfast terrace.

I would not recommend the single room. It has just one tiny high window you can’t see out of so is claustrophobic and there’s no fridge to keep anything cool. But that’s why it’s the cheapest.

La posizione di Villa Flora è superlativa, lontano dal caos del centro che però è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 min di passeggiata nel tunnel della vecchia ferrovia (illuminato e ristrutturato). La terrazza dove si fa la colazione (ottima e fresca) è a picco sul mare e consente di godersi il panorama tra mare e paesino di Porto Santo Stefano, al tramonto è uno spettacolo consiglio agli ospiti di portarsi da bere per fare l'aperitivo in totale relax e anche la notte ha un suo perchè. Gli host sono disponibilissimi e gentili. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio gratuito che a PSStefano ha un valore specialmente in alta stagione.

La struttura dovrebbe essere rimodernata almeno la nostra stanza: lo scarico dell'acqua del wc non era perfettamente funzionante, l'aria condizionata al limite della sufficienza. La nostra stanza aveva un terrazzo in condivisione con altre stanze e la privacy era garantita da dei divisori posticci.

Die Lage ist schon sehr schön. Man kann auch fußläufig, die Stadt von Porto Santo Stefano über einem Tunnel ystem schnell erreichen. Man kann sogar ein kurzes Bad direkt vor dem Haus nehmen. Die Zimmer waren eher enttäuschend ein Zimmer hatte das Bad nicht im Zimmer man musste überall den Flur, aber es war privat. In dem anderen Zimmer fehlte die Klimaanlage und die Mückennetze waren defekt. In dem einem Zimmer war von der guten Aussicht, nur wenig zu sehen, da eine grüne Absperrung fast die ganze Sicht verhinderte, auf das Meer. personal war aber nett, und das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung gewesen.

Wir haben nicht das bekommen, was wir gebucht hatten. Der Angestellte / Inhaber hatte sich entschuldigt und auf irgendwelche Probleme hingewiesen. Wir haben natürlich das genommen, was uns dann angeboten wurde. Einen Preis Erlass gab es nicht, da es angeblich ein Upgrade war. Das können wir im nachhinein nicht beurteilen. War aber für die Übernachtung dann in Ordnung. Man muss aufpassen, wenn man von der Straße in Richtung Porto Santo Stefano hinein biegen muss. Erstens schwer zu erkennen und zweitens sehr steil.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit gute Kaffee und ausgezeichneten Schokolade Kuchen!!!
