Although they're very nice people, we were in touch with the host's parents that don't speak English so well. Everything was clean, location is good

We had problems with the water in the 2 days we stayed - no water on one day, no warm water on the other. We have to pick a specific hour for breakfast and also pick only up to 4 items for breakfast the day before (2 items for eating and 2 items for drinking). Toilet paper is very cheap. We can make coffee and tea in the kitchen, we cannot use the fridge. A few stairs if you have a lot of bags. Feels like everything is very controlled and measured.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Catania. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, always ready to help with useful recommendations and information. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Some aspects should be considered before booking. The accommodation is on the top floor, accessible only by steep stairs to the third floor, which may be difficult for guests with mobility issues. Reception is not staffed all day, so arrivals and assistance must be arranged in advance. Breakfast was appreciated but was not a typical European buffet. The selection was limited, e.g. a sandwich and yogurt with juice and coffee. Coffee and tea were available for self-service.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Είχαμε πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.

Λίγο άβολο το ότι έπρεπε να καθορίσουμε τι θα τρώμε για πρωινό και ποιες ώρες, μόνο για το λόγο αυτό δεν βάζω 10. Παρά την ιδιοτυπία αυτή που δεν έτυχε να την συναντήσω αλλού, είχαμε πολύ καλή συνεννόηση και εξυπηρέτηση.
