B&B METRO'

Very modern and clean, so close to trainstation Perugia. We left very early in the morning and were happy to be so close. Check in was easy and explained properly. We loved it

The flat had three rooms, each with a private bathroom. I was welcomed by a polite young man who allowed me to enter the room before the check-in. I was grateful that I could also leave my luggage in the flat after the check-out. The room was clean and big enough. The location is five minutes from the main station and about eight minutes from the metropolitana which takes you to the upper town within ten minutes.

It was all fine, although I would have welcomed a small fridge in the room. I did not particularly like the surroundings, but that was to be expected, given that it was so close to the station.

Very comfortable, well-equipped room. Perfect for an overnight enroute to other places. Nicely positioned by the train station.

Instructions for accessing the apartment were a little unclear, probably due to language/translation limitations.

Near train and metro stations.

They didn't show up on time to do the check in.

Everything was great. Quiet neighbourhood and very nice owner. I really liked my stay in Perugia.

Location, room comfort, bathroom

The bizarre unprofessional access to the facility. They own 3 rooms on the 6th floor. Problem is the proprietors don’t stay there, so you must wait for the owners to show up. We waited 25 minutes. Another couple waited an hour. We sent an email request that the owners responded to 4 days later with a blank note. It’s too bad because it’s a great location right by the train station and the rooms are nice, weird abut initial access is like you’re being pranked.
