Great location, in the center of Palermo, 20 meters from via Ruggero Settimo. Easy self check-in, clear instructions provided about it. Very polite, the owner Germana really cares about you and if everything is going well. She was quick to respond and helpful. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed, very good breakfast. I recommend Granatelli Rooms City B&B Palermo and would stay here again next time I go to Palermo.

breakfast could have some protein options - it was a typical Italian breakfast which was good but I missed the protein

On booking.com, the property is listed with parking - not the case at all and quite complicated to park around this location. Although renovated, the place lacks vibe and personality.
