The location was great- just off the main streets of Sorrento and close to shops, restaurants and the beach but nice and quiet. Lovely atmosphere and garden area located on the property. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with our stay. We had an ant infestation in our room and had to ask multiple times for this to be resolved. The staff came to spray the room for us but it didn’t stop the ants from coming back. We also had an issue with the front door to our room on the second night. The door lock was broken and wouldn’t lock from the inside or outside so we were unable to secure our room for the night (this was at 10:30pm). We ended up having to book an emergency stay somewhere else for our own safety and decided to stay elsewhere the rest of our visit too as we didn’t get a response from the property to resolve the issue until we went back to speak to them about it at 11am the next day. We tried to contact the out of hours number for the property at the time of the issue via text and phone call but there was no response. There are no staff on site from early evening until the following morning so in this situation there was no one to speak to for help.

In the heart of Sorrento's hustle and bustle, Casa Lucia was a welcomed haven of peace and quiet. The gardens are beautiful and the ideal spot to soak up some sun after lunch on the cobbled streets surrounding the BnB. Featuring rabbits and tortoises, lemon groves and terraces. The room was a little small but the breakfast area, other facilities and location made up for it and then some.

We'd have liked the pool to be open in April but appreciate it isn't always as warm as it was in April 2026.

Gorgeous grounds, everywhere you looked was picturesque. Gardens were gorgeous, rooms were functional and the decor was lovely. Staff were fantastic & couldn’t do enough for you

Bedding was a bit too thin for time of year (beginning of May) had to ask for a thicker blanket but this was no trouble for the staff.

The hotel had an excellent location, right in the city center and within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, the port, and the bus station — everything was just 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. The facilities were great and very clean throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
