Worst experience in Italy, or Europe, Ever!! The contact person gave me two checkin windows, 10:00-12:00 or 16:00-18:00, she asked me to text her 30 minutes prior to arriving, I did, waited nearly one hour and finally called her after sending an additional text and getting no response. She said she would be here in 5 minutes, it took her another 25 minutes. She rushed through her explanation of where the unit was on a map, where their office was, and a local cathedral. She was with her husband and I think they were in a hurry to do something else. We followed her to our unit in our car, she unlocked the door, handed us the key and said to leave it in the box outside before 10:00, told us where not to park. Very brusque and rude, she then left. No wifi, period, no food, period, no explanation for the heating system or any other unit details. This was atrocious, and I am being kind in saying that. I would never recommend someone to stay here, again, worst experience in Italy, or Europe, ever.

Imma is a sweetheart, very accommodating and always available to help. We felt like we were staying with family. We highly recommend it.
