Carlo has done an excellent job of renovating the upstairs of his house into three lovely rooms with en suite bathrooms. Two of them have wonderful large balconies overlooking the hillside. The bathroom is very good with a very good shower. The breakfast is good. His recommendation for dinner was very good with lots of food options.

Very hilly approach and entry into the complex. Perhaps he should offer a bottle of water in the refrigerator without cost.

Carlo was wonderful and he went out of his way to help us with many suggestions. We will return to his place again.

It’s very clean, spacious room with balcony, crisp clean towels, gorgeous garden, lovely location & managed with ‘military’ precision. Staff are friendly & a small gift was offered at my departure.

No tea or coffee station in the room which was a most disappointing surprise. Drinking water is charged at €1 per small bottle (I wasn’t charged for this in the end) and breakfast was very average, nothing special. Although host was friendly, he did make it clear that my arrival time at 16:30 on a Friday inconvenienced them which didn’t feel so good.

B&B offers 3 very comfortable, spacious rooms, each with a theme. We stayed at Zen room with private balcony.
