Amplasarea -ultracentral , lângă Sf Nicolae, f aproape de faleză, amabilitatea și receptivitatea proprietarilor , curățenia...totul ! Este bine de știut ca la etajul 1 unde am.stat , exista 3 camere fiecare cu băi proprii, un living cu bucătărie pt toate!
