Temperatura molto elevata all'interno, zanzariere consumate e strappate, bagno da rivedere, pulizia non approfondita, colazione in autonomia non a buffet

La posizione, vicino a Rimini, ai parchi e a pochi passi da San Marino. Camera ampia, struttura dotata di parcheggio e bel giardino attrezzato con divanetti. Proprietario gentile, cordiale e molto disponibile.

L'assenza di un climatizzatore. L'appartamento però è dotato di ventilatori e la sera rinfresca essendo in campagna
