Overall, it was really wonderful. Ms. Laoura did everything she could to help us. We felt just like we were at home. Our trip to Verona was also a great opportunity to relax. It felt as if the entire spacious villa belonged just to us, and it was so fresh and clean.

De gastvrouw Laura heeft geweldige tips voor restaurants, parkeren in Verona en plaatsen in de omgeving. De kamer en badkamer waren superschoon. Omdat wij graag yoghurt bij het ontbijt eten, had Laura speciaal een heel grote pot yoghurt gehaald.

4 of us stayed 2 nights, visiting from Scotland. Laura and her husband are excellent hosts. The property was fantastic. Secure parking (locked gate for car entry and locked personnel gate. 200m from train station with frequent trains to Verona for a day's tourism. Beautiful grounds. We breakfasted in the loggia outside a buffet breakfast room with a lovely spread of food - excellent pastries, cake etc, as well as scrambled eggs and ham, yoghurts, juices, coffee machine, tea kettle, jams etc.. Plentiful coffee and we just helped ourselves with frequent checking by Laura that all we needed was there. Laura was a friendly source of local train and restaurant info, and helped by booking our train to Verona (under 20 mins journey). We needed 4 beds, so booked their suite with 3 rooms. 2 of us shared a room with private bathroom. The other 2 had private rooms with a shared bathroom between.

There were shelves/ hanging space rather than wardrobes or a chest of drawers, so unpacking was not possible. As the B&B is advertised particularly for cyclists, this may suit them, carrying just bicycle panniers however our holiday was 10 days and we'd have preferred to unpack more. We arrived from Bergamo airport in a hire car, at 8.45pm, and - we learned - the only open eatery was a pizzeria closing at 9pm. So, Laura tried to get us a taxi to a good place 10 mins drive away, but the driver lied about arriving in 5 minutes - then took 40 minutes so we were 'hangry' when he finally arrived. Poor Laura was mortified but 3 other local taxis were unavailable. The pizza restaurant was excellent and our lovely waitress lived very close to

Un accueil très chaleureux et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse, belle et confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des conseils de visites sur Vérone. Beaucoup de choix au petit-déjeuner qui était bon.
