Muito bem localizado, 10 min do aeroporto! Área rural, silenciosa ( não se ouvem os aviões) mas é possível vê-los aterrisando e decolando! O restaurante ao lado é encantador com uma trepadeira enorme que perfuma o ambiente. Os atendentes são muito simpáticos assim como o dono do restaurante que nos acolheu com um enorme sorriso! Excelente pizza e drinks também! Cama boa! Ar condicionado com controle independente!!! Ducha com água quente na medida. Da janela do banheiro pode-se ver o verde do entorno! Os constituintes do café da manhã já ficam em cima da mesa( café italiano, doces), suco e água. Na pequena entrada, ficam uma geladeirinha com água e leite, uma máquina de café e um micro-ondas. É uma hospedagem para quem precisa ficar perto do aeroporto,voo muito cedo, devolver o carro alugado. Não é para "turistar" em Roma! Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa escolha.

The best thing we enjoyed about this property was the restaurant right below!!! Definitely one of the best and most authentic Italian places we ate during our entire stay in Italy. Because of this restaurant, we can strongly suggest this location as a place to stay if you are flying in or out of Fuimicino airport. I think it is perfect for one night. The room was exactly as described and our host was very good at communicating how to get in. We were able to arrive at the most convenient time for us and check-in was all done online via texting and email instructions.

The location is not as close to the airport as we were led to believe. It is still a 15-20 taxi / bus ride to the airport. We flew out on a Sunday and the bus only operates on an hourly schedule that day (i.e. if you miss the 8:30am bus, you cannot get another until 9:30am). We opted to just Uber to the airport for $35 which wasn't too bad. We tried to use public transportation to get us to the location on the day of arrival, gave up halfway through and just took a taxi once arriving into the Fuimicino area. The beach appeared to be somewhat close (still a tax or bus away) but we didn't have time to check it out.

The blatant attempt to charge 4 of us Euros 155 for a Euros 35 evening meal, by the presumed owner. We didn't fall for the confidence trick!

קרוב לשדה התעופה- 10 דק נסיעה. המליצו לנו על נהג שלקח אותנו לשדה תעופה. השאירו לנו בחדר א. בוקר יש פינת קפה בכניסה. יש מסעדה טובה צמודה

מקלחת קצת ישנה. אפשר להחליף לדלת במקלחת במקום וילון
