"Rude manager"

Owner/manager messaged and called me (she doesn't speak english so that didnt really help) after booking to tell me she didnt have any room available, altough booking.com said they did. She then said I needed to cancel, which means I would be unsure of getting my payment refunded, it felt like i was being scammed. She was very rude and unhelpfull which gave me a lot of stress since I needed to take it up with the customer support of booking.com to get it resolved which should have been up to the owner. The whole ordeal took me 2 to 3 hours to resolve......

"Exelent location to stay and visit town river and watterfall"

We came here because we needed to stop for a night in driving through Italy and discovered that this town has beautiful river and water fall.

With bigger bags you can't easily climb the stairs to the room. That's all I can say
