1) free checking earlier than due time 2) very polite cleaning girl, who met us every day at the elevator and was so polite that more is impossible. 3) very polite person on WhatsApp 4) large balcony with perfect view on the noisy Italian style street with chairs and a table 5) balcony view to the street end where was already sea 6) no need to go to the beach as there was a sun lounger on the balcony and we could get sunburnt on the balcony 7) by her initiative, without our questions, cleaning girl told us where should we take additional toilet papers. She gave as 3 clean perfect size towels per person every day 8) body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner in big bottles 9) perfect location between beach and railway station and st Nicolas Church 10) very safe place as our of our room door there was another internal door 11) pleasant and safe neighbors

This is a spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in central Bari. The host, Nick went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The thoughtful touches, such as Prosecco on arrival and having the lovely Angela to do a daily clean, were much appreciated. Great spot to base yourself to visit the UNESCO heritage sites in the area.

We arrived in the dark so felt a bit lost trying to find the apartment inside the building. But once found the lights it was ok!

Gestore non pro attivo, ho dovuto sollecitare per il check-in, poi si è svegliato e ha fatto cadere dal cielo la possibilità di pagare la tassa di soggiorno che in centinaia di location è sempre stato un servizio classico
