"Bad experience"

The host is very unprofessional. He didn't even know that we made a reservation through booking, so the room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait. On the morning tomorrow, we were supposed to have breakfast in the caffeteria, which was closed! and the host didn't even know that, but gave us coupons to go there. We paid for accommodation with breakfast (which in the end we didn't even have). Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
