I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the room was clean and the place was quiet and it is in the center of the city with an easy access to all the shops, the sea and train stations. In addition the host was very nice. I highly recommend the hotel and if I go back to Pescara I will definitely book again a room there.

Struttura vicinissima alla stazione ed in posizione centrale. Stanza essenziale, abbastanza silenziosa e comoda. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Un suggerimento: essendoci uno spazio comune nell'alloggio, si potrebbero collocare dei piccoli secchi per la differenziata.

Gli ospiti delle altre stanze molto rumorosi in alcuni momenti.

Great location close to both the train station and the beach. You have lots of choices for coffee, take away and restaurant’s. Great shopping district.

The air conditioning system might need a regas as it struggled to keep the room cold during the hot days.
