The location was great, the owner or manager was quick to respond to questions. It was a very cute place enjoyed our stay.

We didn't know how to turn on coffee maker in morning. It took a switch to be turned on which I suggest to have some instructions in the apt. for this.

Tolle Dachterasse mitten im Zentrum. Genug Platz für 6 Personen, aber nur ein Bad. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter!

In der Bar vor der Wohnung wird ab und zu live Musik gespielt bis 1 Uhr nachts. Das können auch die Fenster nicht abhalten und kann lärmempfindliche Menschen stören.

Large room, charming historical atmosphere, ancient furniture, thick walls with visible stones, marvellous terrace. Well furnished kitchen (yet no hot water!) with a somewhat museal charm. The building was probably restored and furnished before IKEA left Sweden and got global. Thanks for that! Position right in the centre af the old town with a lot of atmosphere. A hard working aircon manages to keep the ground floor cool

The toilet flush took four days of use before it started working properly - the tricks recommended by the owner were only occasionally a success. Obviously the flat had not been occupied for a long time. The two double beds are located in the upper half-floor, access by a spiral ladder. The ceiling hight up there is so low that you will incessantly bang your head on the beams. In the hot period the fan is insufficient and the aircon below can't do the job. So we spent the nights on the ground floor having unfolded a sofa to a double bed. Quirking and not very comfortable. The owner is not very communicative concerning the ZTL zone around him. Unlike other owners in his situation he has no arrangement with the police to communicate license plate number of the hosts' vehicle, exposing you to the risk of a fine if you do not accept the trouble of having to drag your luggage several hundred meters from a luckily located parking space. Advice: blow your budget and accept the top-notch underground parking at 25 € a day 100 meters away.

Zentral gelegen.

nice terrace and very close to the city centre.

The walls are degraded and decayed so watch out to not have your clothes dirty with yellow sand.

It has an AMAZING terrace.
