Gentilezza della proprietaria, posizione in pieno centro che ti consente di raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse a piedi, ampia disponibilità di parcheggi blu, vista mare da un balcone comodo e spazioso dotato di sedute e tavolino.

Pavimento un po' rumoroso, si potrebbe migliorare l'isolamento acustico dell'ingresso e del bagno.
