Posto incantevole, punto strategico per visitare il territorio ricco di attrazioni turistiche. Giardino con piscina favoloso, per non parlare dei dolci proposti a colazione "anche gluten free". Un grazie va ai proprietari accoglienti e molto gentili.

"Eine tolle Unterkunft in schöner Landschaft, auch sehr gut für Wanderer"

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sie liegt außerhalb des Dorfes Alviano in schöner Hügellandschaft. Die Zimmerwirtin war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sehr gut - gerade auch weil ich diese Unterkunft auf einer längeren Wanderung besucht habe.

La casa è molto accogliente, in un casale in pietra che ti porta indietro nel tempo! Francesca una persona gentilissima, pronta ad accogliere i suoi ospiti con simpatia, garbo e calore! Abbiamo festeggiato lì il capodanno con un'altra coppia e ci siamo trovate benissimo: al nostro arrivo il camino era già pronto per essere acceso con il minimo sforzo. La colazione era a base di prodotti fatti in casa da loro, buonissimi tra l'altro. La pulizia perfetta! La vista sulla vallata ed il tramonto davvero suggestivi! Ottima base per girare nei dintorni. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Fantastic rural location. Excellent comms beforehand and welcoming host. Snug temperature in winter. Very comfortable bed. Brilliant home-prepared breakfast delivered to our room each day and useful kitchenette. Huge bathroom. Overall, a delightful place to stay in beautiful rural Umbria.

We liked everything! The one small possible change would be an extra comfy chair.

Camera ben ristrutturata, ottima anche per preparare pasti data la cucina. La proprietaria è gentilissima e super disponibile. Ottima la posizione per visitare la zona.
