La posizione vicina al centro e tranquillità e silenzio.

Scarsa illuminazione; finestre e persiane non funzionanti come si deve. Mancanza di areazione in bagno e frigo rumoroso in certi momenti.

Investendo poco la camera potrebbe migliorare tanto: lampadine con luce troppo fioca, odore di chiuso, canaline dei cavi della corrente non più fissati alle pareti in certi punti, box doccia rotto sistemato alla buona con una tenda doccia. L’insonorizzazione delle stanze è zero, sentivo una persona al piano di sopra russare. Allo stesso prezzo a Ferrara ho trovato stanze molto più curate. Ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento

Posizione ideale, vicinissimo al centro e possibilità di parcheggio auto in ampio spazio interno

I servizi erano molto scadenti, in bagno tanti foglietti scritti per avvertenze, tra cui non gettare la carta nel water, la cabina doccia con una porta mancate e con tenda interna e priva di mensolla per posare il sapone, bidet con rubinetto non fissato, luci bassissime sia in bagno che in camera ed impossibilitato ad aprire le persiane di una finestra, causa zanzariera rotta. Letto trovato molto scomodo. Conclusioni avrei preferito pagare anche di più ma un confort migliore.
