ITOttima accoglienza da parte di Nina. Posizione centralissima, plus il parcheggio all'interno del condominio. Colazione gestita e organizzata dalla proprietaria con dolcetti comprati ogni giorno on top alla fornitura 'classica' (fette, marmellata...)
Non praticissimo il bagno esterno con la vasca utilizzabile come doccia, mentre lavandino molto piccolo. Pulizia sufficiente ma potenziabile.

ITLa struttura è un appartamento nuovo e ben organizzato, dotato di due camere matrimoniali, una con bagno interno e l’altra con bagno esterno sempre ad uso privato. In più cucina e una sala. Noi abbiamo usufruito dell’intero appartamento da soli.
Il Wi-fi non andava ma per quanto mi riguarda non era un problema.

AUReally good coffee. Nina was very helpful and we managed to communicate despite not speaking much Italian. Phrase book & Google translate really handy! Easy walk to historic centre.
Shower - very hot & unable to change water temperature. However hard we tried we couldn’t get onto the internet. No adequate instructions. Difficult to find. There seem to be 2 places of the same name

Nina does not speak English so a slight problem.No lift so 4 flights of stairs.
GBThis is a good location for visiting Matera if you are not staying in the old town itself. Just a ten minute walk into the old town with all it's facilities but a quiet location to return to. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and the owner had left the kitchen area well equipped with drinks, snacks and tea and coffee making facilities as well as fresh croissant etc for breakfast. Bonus was parking immediately outside in the apartments private car park. Communication with the owner was good! We enjoyed our stay at Nina's house (the owner was lovely) but we were the only people staying there at the time, there is another room in the apartment which is also rented out next to the room we stayed in with a separate bathroom so I think it could have felt quite different with other people around but it's a very comfortable place to use as a base in Matera.
CHAppartement a few minutes away from the old Matera, convenient location Parking Nice and welcoming appartement and Nina One clarification: I had in mind it was more like a bed & breakfast with several rooms and other guests, and the owner/staff on site. It's actually a 2 bedroom apartment only, and breakfast is prepared the day before for us.
Minor things to comment here: some noise from the streets, it's very central (nothing unusual).
