"Great for the hot springs, really tidy and comfortable, pleasant staff"

It was walking distance to the hot springs, it meant we got up at 5:30 and had a leisurely stroll down and got there when there were only 3 other people. Great if you want to beat the big crowds for the springs. We also loved the private hot spring stream area on the property and their loungers. Very relaxing stay but with plenty to busy yourself with if that’s what you fancy.

"Beautiful place to spend my vacation."

It’s a cozi and family place to stay. Very clean and spacious room with a good shower. There is a parking lot and I could leave my car over there to go to Cascate del Mulino, this is about 8 minutes walking from the hotel. The breakfast fast is very good and all staff are nice.

Breakfast was so good! Very cool that is was all locally sourced! My partner said it may have been his favorite breakfast during our vacation! We can't wait to go back. Cannot beat the location to the hot springs!

"Superb"

The location was great especially if you plan on going to the Saturnia hot springs. The property is located at a short walking distance to the hot springs. As for the breakfast, it was excellent!

The only thing that could have been improved was the air-conditioning in the room.

"lovely little B and B near the hot springs"

great location for the hot springs, lovely little gem with some nice wines and antipasti

it would have been nice to have had air conditioning in the room - seems there is an annual cut off time and unfortunately it won’t start til next week which is a shame as the heat wave has started already
