I bought an accomadation in the night, because I have been locked from my apartment, so I tried this accomadation. After payment I wrote the owner, if he will accomodate me and he answered it is after check in time. I understand that was really late, but if was possible to buy it, I thougt it will be go. I understand that owner doesnt have to care about myself, but I think its normal to return my money. Because in the time when I paid I was in front of the accomadation, the owner cancel it, because it was after check in time and I agreed. But for me its absurd that owner doesnt want to return money !!! For me is the same as the stealing. He stopped to comunicate with me and booking and it is unprofessional. Dont go to the accomadation when the owner doesnt want to return money for nothing. It is not serious. If the owner return my money I will take my review back.

Posizione all'interno del centro storico, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi perchè si trova in ztl (parcheggio in strada molto difficile, abbiamo risolto con il garage a pagamento di piazza della Libertà, costo per la notte di circa 20 euro). La stanza è accogliente, il check in e out semplici e automatici, nel complesso è andato tutto bene.

Si potrebbero migliorare le seguenti cose: mettere una luce sopra il lavandino perchè aiuterebbe per truccarsi e lavarsi il viso. Non c'è il bidet, e questo in Italia è un aspetto un po' negativo di un bagno... almeno la doccetta integrata al wc si potrebbe aggiungere. In camera accanto ai comodini c'è una sola presa, per cui o si attacca l'abat jour oppure si mette in carica il telefono. Una semplice presa multipla consentirebbe di fare entrambe le cose insieme!
