B&B San Martino

Stanza meravigliosa, arredata con gusto e pulita, molto spaziosa. Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro (ztl) e nonostante questo silenziosa.

Colazione pessima presso il vicino bar, alle 10 del mattino erano finite le brioches, che peraltro erano l’unica opzione. Stanza calda, il condizionatore è vecchio e probabilmente troppo piccolo. Materassi sfondati e scomodi, il lettino per il bambino invece era una brandina terribile. Le tende non erano minimamente oscuranti. Check in frettoloso privo di qualsivoglia indicazione, ci hanno fatto parcheggiare, per lo scarico valigie e il check in, in un posto dove abbiamo preso la multa, avvisati della cosa non ci hanno neppure risposto “mi dispiace”.

Great location. Really spacious bedroom with ample seating areas. Good AC. Super value for money.

Bathroom a bit on the small side. Not an issue for us but someone XXL would not fit into the shower! Not really a B&B. Just rooms with a pastry & coffee in the bar around the corner. No staff on site. Not a big deal.

Martina Franca is a beautiful lively city. The apartment if steps from the main plaza. The rooms are beautiful and would make a great romantic getaway. The restaurants and food are very good.

The room was not a non-smoking room and had the lingering smell of cigarettes. This might have been an oversight on my part, I'm not sure. Be aware if you are a non-smoker to ask for a non-smoking room. This is understandable in Italy because many people smoke.

So close to the centre & 25 mins walk to the train station & / or bus station

No Kettle in kitchen (or coffee or tea maker) No crockery /cutlery / useful cooking utensils or pots for guests (a mismatch of a single item in cupboard in some degree & some small light brown ants in bathroom around the cabinet over the sink
