The room and communal kitchen were lovely and the hot and powerful shower was much needed after a day spent travelling. The location is perfect if you are using the train station and there are nice non-tourist local restaurants and gelato not too far away.

Помешкання чисте, комфортне, можливо заселитись раніше 15-ї, якщо ви прибуваєте в Болонью. Також нас зустрічала Франческа і вона дуже добра і щира. На території є закрита парковка, до центру іти десь 25-30 хвилин, до вокзалу хвилин 5. Також вам пропонують сніданки в форматі тости, йогурти, чай кава і це теж супер.

The room was really nice, you have a full kitchen with 24/7 access. There is a clothes line out the back which was very handy on the one day it didn’t rain. The man in charge was very friendly and helpful. They were in constant fast communication through WhatsApp every time I had a question. There are lots of yogurts, cereal, milk, bread, cakes and hot drinks so you can make your own breakfast. The room was lovely although I could never make either the aircon or the heater work. It is a short walk to the station but with all the roadwork it is quite annoying to get to Piazza Maggiore, the only option for me was a 30 minute walk.

The reviews said it is hard to find and it really is a bit of an adventure. You have a motherload of six keys to get through all the doors and the gate so you have to learn which key opens which rickety and fiddly lock. Some people will feel a bit isolated here.

Francesca is a helpful, flexible and very kind lady, she solved everything easily. Good, quiet location near the train station, the city centre is a 15 minute walk.
