You get solid accommodation for the money you pay. I only recommend it for a short stay. The apartment is very small, with a slightly unpleasant smell (perhaps due to humidity). The kitchen has a water boiler, a toaster, a coffee machine, but only very basic cutlery. We missed the knife. It is very difficult to prepare any food in the apartment. Parking is free on the street, subject to availability. The air conditioner must be turned off at night.

The apartment is very well equiped,so it was very comfortable our stay. We enjoied to have our room, little kitchen, bathroom, and also balcony, and everything was clean. The owner gave us all the necessary instructions, he was very precise, and clear, he was also reachable anytime.The breakfast was also great. From the apartment we cald see all the monumnets of Sassari by foot. Thank you! :)

The location is convenient, especially for someone who is travelling by train. The free parking is usually available. The owner was available by phone and gave detailed and clear instructions.

The towels and bedding were not dried well and stank of mold. The owner thinks it's okay to tell guests the day before that the AC musn't be used after midnight at high summer "because of noise complaints" even though there's an AC fan of some other apartment buzzing literally on the other side of your bedroom wall. Unbelievable. Hair dryer doesn't work. The kitchen doesn't have a single pot, pan or proper knife to prepare food with. You're stuck with the breakfast they give you (mostly sweets). Some of the food that was left in the pantry had moths in them. Overall pretty ridiculous experience. I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't have any other options.

Nice and clean, well positioned. Comfortable bed. Pietro is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is very basic. The shower is tight. I could live with both :)
