Cleanliness faultless! Room and facilities to an excellent standard. Amazing owner! So very helpful and wanted to make our stay as fabulous as possible from start to finish. He asked each day where we would like to go. He made recommendations and showed up how to get to places. He also made dinner reservations for us on our last night. Great communication. We were on honeymoon so owner prepared a special tray of fresh fruit and treats to welcome us. Great location for choice of dining and gelato. Would highly recommend Samart’s restaurant and White Gelato - 5 minutes walk. Fresh breakfast brought to your room by owner each day at a time of your choosing. The croissants were amazing!

The location of Lamezia Terme when we arrived at late afternoon was disappointing and looked deserted. However, when we went out that evening it was transformed. Lots of people and choices for eating and socialising. Dont take this town on first impressions if you arrive in the day. We are being fussy here as we have an incredible memory foam mattress at home which maybe isn’t as firm as the one at Residenza Cassoli. The dehumidifier (not aircon as hotel very considerate of health benefits) wouldn’t stay on overnight. The room did get very hot. Owner asked if we had slept with window open. This would have been very noisy, very light and possible mosquitoes.

Mariano the manager/host was wonderful! very attentive, flexible and informative. he speaks English which was very helpful to me. The room was very clean. Typical size for Italian hotel, nice decorative touches

All good! was just passing through for a night so didn’t have a chance to explore much but close to pretty and busy piazza

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He organised the taxi service for us, to and from the airport. He also introduced us to a very friendly tour leader Teresa who gave us a tour of the historic sites and also escorted us to le terme. Exceptional service. The host was able to talk and understand the English language.
