The attractive and comfortable rooms are part of a single family residence with gorgeous gardens, flowers, plants and a lemon orchard surrounding the property. The hosts are lovely, helpful people. And the breakfasts were the best I had while in Sicily.

Very nice and quiet accommodation. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a variety of delicious homemade pies made by Emily. The garden is an oasis of peace where you can enjoy being surrounded by citrus fruits. Everything is very clean and nicely arranged. Thanks Emily and Salvo for the great stay, we enjoyed it!

Supergod frukost som var varierade med färska råvaror. Hyresvärden var väldigt trevlig och gav oss väldigt bra information om området och hur man tar sig runt. Mysigt rum och välstädat.

Casa ordinata e pulita, colazione fantastica. Ci ha accolto Emily super in gamba ed alla mano, ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente ritorneremo

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! C'est un lieu paisible qui a beaucoup de charme, avec ses fleurs, ses arbres fruitiers, le hammac sous les arbres. Émilie et Salvo sont d'excellents hôtes, très sympathiques, drôles, attentionnés, donnant de bons conseils sur les lieux, visites, restaurants locaux. Merci beaucoup Émilie pour les petits déjeuners exquis et variés, avec ces belles attentions en cuisinant les pancakes et le gâteau au citron sans gluten, on s'est régalés comme jamais ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort du lit, et la vue sur le volcan aussi. Nous reviendrons !

Sehr netter Empfang, viele wertvolle Informationen über Besichtigungen und Restaurants. Kleine nette Annehmlichkeiten. Super Frühstück in dem wunderschönen natürlichen Garten mit Blick auf den Ethna. Zimmer alles was man braucht und sich wünscht, komfortabel und gute Grösse.

CaraNera is a wonderful place to stay. It’s run by the loveliest family, who make you feel welcome right away (we were greeted with a delicious homemade limoncello!) and shared great tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the location is beautifully peaceful. Breakfast was different every morning and absolutely delicious. Grazie mille!
