B&B Villa Nella

The ambiance is peaceful and the surroundings are pleasant. The hosts are a delightful couple who are very discreet.

The bedroom was unfortunately in a rather poor state, with a non-functional flush toilet and damaged paint on the walls. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and while the towels and bedsheets appeared clean, they were stiff and worn. There were no nets on the windows or door, and no means to prevent insects from entering the room, which made it difficult to rest without being bitten. Additionally, the breakfast offered was very basic, and the coffee was of poor quality.

Begrüßung von der Vermieterin, es ging ums parken wir hatten ein Hänger mit Motorrad mit der Ehemann ließ uns aufs Grundstück worauf eine Schimpftirade losging es wurde die Tür geknallt alles in unserem Beisein! Darauf sagten wir dann das wir stornieren wollen denn nach so einer Begrüßung fühlt man sich nicht mehr wohl. Das wollte die Vermieterin aber auch nicht und sagte wir sollen den Hänger stehen lassen .Ganz Ehrlich wir sind selbst Vermieter und auch für Booking aber so ein Auftreten würde mir im Traum nicht einfallen.

Le lieu, dans un endroit calme, l'espace dans la chambre, la vue sur le jardin et au loin là mer. La facilité pour garer la voiture.

Sur le descriptif était marqué petit déjeuner inclus et copieux. Or en arrivant la propriétaire nous a dit que nous devions le prendre à l'extérieur dans une sorte de brasserie. Le premier matin, quand nous sommes arrivés, l'établissement était fermé pour travaux. Le jour suivant, avec un ticket donné par la propriétaire, nous commandons le petit déjeuner et au moment de partir nous devons payer un supplément de 10 euros, car avec le ticket, nous n'avions droit qu'à une seule viennoiserie et une boisson chaude. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir été averti pour tout cela, la propriétaire n'étant pas responsable pour les travaux. Elle nous a quand même dédommagés pour le supplément du petit déjeuner du 2 ème jour.

Villa Nella was so amazing to stay at! The owners were so great and extremely friendly! The ocean views were also really nice to see. The room felt so cute and homey. Very clean! Excited to come back!

Very nice and clean accomodation, pretty views and quiet area. Always found a restaurant near by and very safe.

Posizione tranquilla con parcheggio davanti alla villa. Nella e suo marito sono persone accoglienti e ci hanno dato delle indicazioni per la spiaggia, raggiungibile solo in auto, e per la visita a Catania. Inoltre sono stati disponibili ad anticipare al mattino l’orario di check in

Pur avendo il bagno privato, non aveva l’accesso diretto dalla stanza, ma dal corridoio sul quale affacciano anche le stanze con gli altri ospiti. Inoltre è molto piccolo, non ha il bidet e nemmeno un appoggio per una pochette con i prodotti per l’igiene. La stanza è molto calda e il condizionatore rumoroso. Non avevo capito che la signora Nella sarebbe passata a pulire e sinceramente mi ha dato fastidio trovare le mie cose messe in ordine senza che lo sapessi. Anche il fatto che loro vivano lì mi ha messo in soggezione, pur essendo delle persone carinissime
