Family Room

Our flight was delayed so we arrived late. Had a lot of trouble finding the place as it was up a narrow lane with no signage. Were finally met on street by Fabio who had no English so we didnt know who he was. Also we had booked room with extra bed which wasnt there so me and my friend had to use same bed after a tiring journey for our first night. When extra bed arrived next day was more like a cot than a bed. breakfast was coffee and croissant at a cafe 5 mins walk away. All in all a rather disappoiunting experience.

The Family Room is located in an excellent position in Portici, in the center of the Gulf of Naples. We stayed in room 3: renovated, clean, quiet and fresh. The B&B also has an equipped kitchen available to guests, a small outdoor relaxation area and even a parking space, a real rarity in Portici. The breakfast with fresh croissants and doughnuts in the bar in via Libertà, included in the price, is excellent. Fabio is a very nice hotelier, very attentive and present. Overall we had a great time at the Family Room and we definitely recommend it.

The host is really helpful and caring. He prepared us a very tasty breakfast each day. The rooms are clean and cosy and are in very good location
