The best location, 👌 restaurants serves, people, food was very good, B&B theodore management service was fantastic. People who want to go to Italy, go and stay in the town of Frascati it's better than perfect 🥰, and very affordable, and my desire 😀.

The trip was not enough time, Rome was fantastic ,Italy in Naples centre so so for us.

Very comfortable bed, great location, very clean

No free parking , only paid which is expensive and difficult to find a spot. Room was off the main entry and kitchen so was a bit noisy.

I liked the location, cleanliness and facilities

Communications readiness not up to professional standard, it took a while to get hold of the host during check-in and check-out process that was quite convoluted.

It was like to be in a 700s building. The room with the “affresco” was big, comfortable and nice view of Frascati. The location is right near the center and not to far from the train that takes you to Rome. Excellent money/value ratio
