Al mattino trovarmi in un magico giardino frutteto implacabile Eravamo solo Noi

L’appartamento era freddo e abbiamo dovuto riscaldarlo ma ci è voluto un po’ di tempo per avere la giusta temperatura

Lovely grounds – but unfortunately because of a late ferry arrival we were not able to take advantage of them.

The hotel was closing down for the season restaurant was closed no bar area or food the owner gave us a lift to town and back but charged us 20 euro, probably better to use hotel in town

After a long journey to be able to have a drink and a snack would have been good

It’s a beautiful place !!!

I didn’t find it all that welcoming unfortunately. There wasn’t staff anywhere. There was a friendly older gentleman I think he could have owned the place. The second day there was a lady and she asked if we wanted our room clean. You have to have a car to stay here there is no transportation and no one to ask anything. There was a party until after midnight being international traveler it made it hard to rest.

la posizione di Villa Alessandra è bellissima e molto tranquilla, c'è un grande giardino ben curato dove, se si vuole, si può fare della ginnastica all'aperto. Non sembra di stare vicini a Civitavecchia! Il centro è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti ma allo stesso tempo si è fuori dal mondo

Peccato che non servono la colazione. Potrebbe essere un'idea mettere nella saletta di ingresso comune alle due camere (la 1 e la 2) un bollitore con qualche tisana, caffe solubile o altre bevande solubili e delle tazze.

We arrive thinking a swim and supper at on sit location were going to be so wonderful and relaxing, but unknow to us a wedding had been booked so the grounds( which over looked harbor which we thought was going to be o cool for a first night relax) and pool were not open to us . So after a 30 hour travel day we had o try and get a Taxi to down town for supper staff called us a cab we waited 30 min no taxi, so one of the owners or staff gave us a ride to town center and a little tour so we could find taxi stand at the end of the evening which helped to make us feel better. A lovely meal at Baffone made us feel much better they get 5 stars from us wonderful meal and evening. Our host then gave us a ride to cruise ship next day it was a lovely town and stayng there before a cruise is convenient and helps ensure a better travel experience . We could have access to amenities and room construction could have been complete, and it would have been nice if taxi were available from our accommodation.

The room was plain and basic, but clean, comfortable beds

The place organizes events as a primary business. At the night we arrived, they had a private party and there was loud music and noise until late in the night. They advertized there was free wigi, but the wifi wasn't working. They sent a video on how to do self check-in through whatsup, which was unclear., so he had to ask for help from the staff organizing the party
