LOCATION IS GOOD. THAT IS ALL.

YOU MAKE YOUR OWN BREAKFAST WHICH IS ALL LONGLIFE AND WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY DECENT COFFEE FROM THE MACHINE. OWNER UTTERLY INFLEXIBLE ON CJECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES. LOTS OF RUDE NOTICES AROUND THE PLACE E.G. EXTRA CHARGE IF YOU USE HEATING; THREATS OF EXTRA CHARGES IF WOMEN GET MAKE UP ON TOWELS. THE GUY DOESNT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF HOSPITALITY. I GOT A PARTIAL REFUND FROM BOOKING.COM - WHICH IS RARE INDEED. IT IS REALLY A ROOM LET, NOT A GUESTHOUSE. NEVER AGAIN!

"A beautiful stay in the historial core of Trento"

10.0

I have spent in the location 6 days. I was welcomed by Mrs. Loredana, she made me a cup of Italian coffee and I had a chance to train a little bit of Italian over the map of the city with recommendations to interesting places :-) The room and all apartment is very clean, there is also dining room that is open all time, and one can use the fridge to keep some snacks for a late night sweet tooth. The location is excellent, it's on the promenade, from entrance you can see "Il Duomo", the Trento's Cathedral, and I heard the cathedral's bells ringing over the day from my room. The bus stops are 1-2 minutes walking, for your escapades around the city, or traveling to the University which takes a quarter of hour. There is a lot of general stores, like COOP and EUROSPAR, but also many 7/11 mixed shops, restaurants and cafeterias for a good price in a reach of a few minutes walking. The location has also a balcony where you can go from the dining room and eventually have a smoke ;-) You can ask for changing your towels or making the room, simply by hanging the door tag. The bathroom was very clean and ordered, wifi worked great, the staff is very communicative, you can use messenger if you are not skilled in Italian, and everything was fine. There was also nice Italian breakfast - meaning it's more on the sweet side, but you can get something for breakfast if you prefer a pizza or sandwich easy, there is a bar right downstairs, or a lot of places that are open for quick breakfast. In summary, I recommend this place and don't hesitate booking if you have a chance.

There is nothing to dislike or recommend for improvement from my side, everything was great!

"Excellent location. Clean, welcoming and comfortable."

8.0

Breakfast & kitchen facilities were very good. The location is excellent. Hosts were friendly and very obliging.

The room was very hot day and night. Perhaps the weather was unusually hot for Trento. No power or internet first morning and so there was nothing to be had requiring power - no coffee! Last day there was no water so no bathroom facilities etc. This was not the host's fault but was very inconvenient and although apologetic, no solutions or compensation offered for these 2 inconveniences. Despite this we enjoyed our time here.

"A very well-located facility in the best-quality modern urban 1960s Italian building."

9.0

For connoisseurs of modern architecture, the building was an excellent example of mid-20th-century Italian modern, with a rational facade and plan and high ceilings. Room sizes were good; the quality of the facilities was high. All was clean and new. Breakfast was nothing special but perfectly acceptable. A choice of juices and waters in the fridge, the usual choice of cereals in dispensers, various fruits and biscuits and yoghurts, and a coffee maker. I'd stay again.

Air conditioning would have been a plus (it was 34 degrees when we were there). I didn't mind using a bathroom shared with a couple of other guests but some visitors might. That said, the bathroom was big and clean, and had a bigger than usual shower, which meant no knocking of elbows against the side walls, which made a nice change.
