Very comfortable and well equipped in a great location! Welcomed personally with good explanation of facilities. Highly recommended.

Roberta was really kind and even picked me up from the station. Lovely room, comfortable and clean, with bikes available to use free of charge. Location convenient for railway station, town and sightseeing - 10 minutes by bike. Nice selection of things for breakfast with use of a shared kitchen, so you could self-cater if you liked. Roberta also asked what I liked for breakfast and made sure there was plenty of everything.

Very minor damage to mosquito screens on windows though it wasn't a problem - and the shower head was a bit blocked - again not a major issue.

It was a perfect location for me. It was quiet. A supermarket was 2 minutes on foot. Mrs. Roberta was nice and she prepared a bed for my little daughter. Having a car space was a plus. Personal suggestion: It wasn't clear to me that it was a shared kitchen it is better to highlight it, but it was no problem for us

I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness on the floor and in the drawers (I would appreciate an extra effort to remove hairs, with a little one going around has not been a pleasure), but the rest was clean.

Location, clean spaces, veggie garden on the backyard, comfy bed, very well furnished kitchen, excellent breakfast and staff beyond amazing! Roberta and Simone, the owners are wonderful hosts that treated us as dear friends and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable! My wife and I will return to their B&B in a heartbeat when a new opportunity comes. Highly Recommended place, lovely and caring hosts!!!

I liked everything!

It’s very quiet, very clean and you are provided with almost everything you need. Also very thoughtful, there are screens on all the windows to prevent the many many insect from flying in. A nice B&B run by amazing people, Roberta made sure I was comfortable when checking me in, her husband Simone even accompanied me to the train station when I checked out, even though it’s only a 10min walk.

It’s a 30 min walk to the centre of Castiglione del Lago, and at night it’s pretty dark on the street. It’s no problem when you have a car, but for me, a solo traveler without a car that was a bit different.

Roberta and her husband were so welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast selection was great and available all day, so we could have a snack if we wanted.

It was a shame there was nowhere nice to sit, the room was quite dark and the beautiful garden was full of mosquitoes

Nice choice of breakfast items. Free bikes to use to cycle into town/the lake were perfect.

Air-Con machine didn’t work so was just a fan, a bit hot in the peak of summer.
