The location close to station very handy .

Almost everything ! The entry was not easy and my key to the main door would not work . The actual entrance to the apartments is a door with a carved wooden skull - great welcone😢 it actually sets up the scene as another person wrote - it feels like you are staying in a brothel . The whole set up has been done to maximise income not comfort . The decor in the room was awful and the sofa needs to be updated . Do no choose this accommodation if you have even the slightest mobility issue or are on the heavier side . The bed is a loft bed - basically to squeeze more rooms into the set up the bed has been constructed so sofa and Tv below and bed is about half a metre / maybe a foot under the ceiling. Stairs / ladder to get up unsafe and would not really pass safety standards if checked I would assume . The bathroom was horrid red colour and black and agree with another review … needs better cleaning . I wish I had read more than the first couple of reviews when I chose this as I would have opted for elsewhere had I read some of the ones I read after checking in . The contact though… via WhatsApp once in place in pretty fast so cannot fault that . If you are not a Goth or into strange set up this place is not for you . If you are an older traveller … not a good idea !

Der "Mensch" der mich über Whats app über alles informiert hat, war sehr nett. Wenn das Zimmer so ist, wie die Info über Whats app kommt es gut...

Noch nie waren wir enttäuscht von einem Hotel über Booking, bis auf dieses Mal. Wie gesagt, das "wie ins Zimmer kommen" war super. Wir durften das Gepäck im Treppenhaus stehen lassen und es wurde uns dann ins Zimmer gebracht. Wir freuten uns, nach der 1. Tour durch Bologna auf unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool...schon nur der Geruch beim Eintreten liess nichts Gutes erahnen. Der Whirpool war sehr schwierig zu bedienen, und es kam kaum Wasser. Wir stoppten dann den Versuch, ausserdem war der Whirlpool nicht so sauber. Wir öffneten die Jalousinen und wollten die Fenster öffnen. Diese kamen einem fast entgegen und ausserdem ging es eben aus dem Fenster, direkt auf die Strasse. Also ein falscher Schritt und man landet auf der Strasse unten. Wir "nahmen uns zusammen" und wollten das Beste daraus machen...bis wir die Matratzen sahen. Also Matratzen ist übertrieben...2 versiefte, dünne irgendwas. HIER BLEIBEN WIR NICHT !!! ich kontaktierte den netten Herrn. Er blieb auch wirklich freundlich. Wir suchten auf die Schnelle ein anderes Hotel...Der nette Herr versprach mir aus Kulanz eine Rückzahlung, resp Teilrückzahlung. Ich "versprach" ihm, keine schlechte Kritik zu schreiben. Heute kam eine Rückzahlung. Nicht mal 100.- von über 400.-. Das enttäuscht mich leider sehr.Das war ring verdientes Gekd für ihn. Deshalb nun doch eine "Kritik" . Nochmals: für Leute die es nicht gerne allzu sauber haben oder Teenies die Spass und Abenteuer (ohne Schlaf) suchen...okey...die Bilder sagen was anderes aus. SCHADE. Bologna ist aber sehr zu empfehlen!

La vasca idromassaggio

Tutto il resto. In teoria la colazione era inclusa, ma in pratica c’erano solo due cialde del caffè. Inoltre capisco la policy di non poter riempire la vasca idromassaggio la notte per non fare rumore, ma la mattina del check out (previsto alle 11), alle 9 ho provato a usare la vasca e l’acqua risultava ancora staccata. In tutta la camera c’era solo un cestino in bagno, senza possibilità di differenziare la raccolta. Inoltre diversi interruttori delle luci non funzionavano, non funzionava il bluetooth della vasca da bagno e la televisione si è accesa da sola più volte di notte, tanto che ho dovuto staccare la spina.

留电的工作人员特别耐心靠谱，在语言不通的情况下仍然积极沟通帮我们解决了不少难题。一起住的室友也特别友善。房间的格局很特别舒适，沙发和床非常柔软，浴室花洒水很大还提供了沐浴露。有很多镜子很方便。气味清新。

上床楼梯和床边护栏的安全性可以提高，以及希望在床头增加插座。
