Clean, spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and good shower facilities. Tea and coffee were provided in the room, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and the area felt safe. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to the tower and roughly 20 minutes to the train station. There’s also a number 23 bus stop just a couple of minutes away if you’d rather not walk.

I would have liked to have seen a safe in the room, as you get in a hotel to lock any valuables you have.

Frühstück auf der Gartenterasse, individuelles charmantes Haus, Anreise nach 19 Uhr völlig problemlos über Code und professionelle Kommunikation, sauber, gute Betten, Blick in den ruhigen Garten in dem die Zitronenbäume ihre Früchte tragen

Nur 1 Nacht-Tischlampe für 2 Personen eine zweite Leselampe sollte ergänzt werden. Schiebetür zum Bad klemmt/schwer zu bewegen

The location is superb. Literally a one minute walk to the tower. Lovely restaurants and shops around. 14 euro in a taxi from the airport, the train would have cost more! But this isn’t the best part. The staff are amazing. Really take time to get know you and what you and your family need to make the trip work. It’s so peaceful as well being a bed and breakfast. The building itself is an authentic Italian house with a gorgeous garden. If you want a place to nip back to with a small child for a drink or to use to loo or have a break from the city this is ideally located. Lots of exploring then in bed by 7!

No English TV stations lol

Breakfast was fantastic - a nice selection of food, in a beautiful sunlit room. The room we stayed in was large, and the property had a nice little garden in the back. Location was great, right in the heart of Pisa.
