Convenient location and had a cute breakfast among the lemon trees in the morning

Limited check in times that clash with arriving trains, could be done via lock box’s to save stress of paying an after hours check in fee.

Great central location. Nice secure parking lot with a gate. Friendly helpful host that allowed us to check in early and leave the car before exploring Cinque Terre. Terrible breakfast with only pre-packed items full of sugar.

I liked the terrace, it was really big and comfortable. Also we had our own safe territory so there was no problem to sit outside late at night. The stuff is really great, they helped us with all of our questions

Well.. it's kind of hard to explain, but I felt a little bit like at the child camp. Our room was small and it's like you live with a group in one small room. The floor was made of square cold material, not very comfortable to walk without shoes. Also there was a lot of dust under bed. There are plenty of images on booking, but noone writes there that kitchen is separate from your room and all the guests can use it. It was a cooking device there, but we were forbidden to cook on it. Breakfast are croissants with jam/cereals/yogurt. Not as we expected to be honest.

They've got everything you need after a day of trekking: a big room with comfortable bed and a fridge, equipped bathroom and kitchen, where you can have a very basic breakfast in the morning. The building is a short walk downhill from the train station, with a supermarket and some good restaurants nearby. Also, it's close to the beach.

Some savoury options for breakfast would make the experience even better.

Communication was in Italian. Email the same day asking to contact them 30 min prior to arrival. This is difficult when you don't have internet. You don't get the message, and you don't know to intact them.
