It was extremely clean and the kitchen was fully equipped; it was also a very short distance from the rail station and close to the centre of Pisa

It was cosy and felt very Italian. The hosts were lovely and accomodating to our toddler. Very close to central station and other facilities

Nothing!

It was very clean, half way between the airport and the city centre. The host was very friendly and helpful (in person). For one night is ok, but communication needs improvement.

The communication was non existent at the beginning, I messaged 4 times via booking.com (as I like to use the official channel for visibility in case something happens) but I got not reply. One week before arrival I had to call booking customer service to know if the booking was on. They contacted the host, and told me they don’t speak much English, so I finally managed to contact them via WhatsApp using an online translator. The sofa bed is not very comfortable and there is a wine fridge in the living room which is a bit noisy. Breakfast was very bland, and did not have yogurt or sparkling wine like in the photos.
