Struttura FANTASTICA!! Proprietari gentilissimi . Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'arredamento e pulizia della stanza . Un contesto tranquillo nelle vicinanze al centro , possibilità di usare le bici per spostarsi .

We fell in love with Fano and this beautiful house. Umberto and Lorena were lovely hosts and made us feel right at home. There was plenty of space in the bedroom and communal areas, with great facilities and thoughtful touches. The selection of bicycles available for use in the garage was a real highlight!

Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Struttura accogliente, pulitissima e ordinatissima. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Vicina al centro sia a piedi che con le biciclette messe a disposizione dalla struttura.

A wonderful little hotel – cozy, spotless, with a lovely balcony overlooking a lush green garden. The room had everything I needed, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. There’s a supermarket just around the corner, and the historic city center is within easy walking distance. At the same time, the hotel is located in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. I came for the beautiful jazz festival in Fano and was really happy I chose to stay here.

Super friendly host. Many recommendations for dinner and to go to the beach. The house and the room super clean. Every detail is taken care of. Welcome coffee/water/juice +biscuits and grissini (also available during your stay). Free parking inside the garage or on the street. Complimentary bikes to go to the city center or to the port or sea side. Immaculate towels. Amazing set of body cream/shower and intimate gel. Water in the room, mugs and glasses: no plastic.

Small breakfast at a nearby bar (1 croissant/panino/focaccia+ 1 orange juice + cappuccino or espresso). Bar staff not very pleasant.
