What a little gem. Set in beautifully rolling hills, this gorgeous property has been lovingly restored by Jan and Christa, and the warmth of feeling as you arrive continues throughout your stay. The facilities are great, and even have showers you can dance in, a bit of a novelty in Italy. A wonderful stay, Don't miss this one.

Not a thing

Spacious modern room with access to shared kitchen. Wonderful garden full of flowers with great views. Lovely surrounding area with picturesque hilltop villages. Good restaurant etc nearby. Great welcome from our hosts, who live downstairs. The best breakfast of fresh bread, ham cheese, yogurt, fruit, homemade preserves and choice of coffees.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. There are many interesting places to visit around, and many great, unpretentious restaurants nearby. Fantastic breakfast prepared with the highest quality & local ingredients. Hosts were super welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you Christa & Jan, until next time!

I've had a great stay with Christina and Jan who are very caring and very helpful hosts. The house is cozy and located at a beautiful spot close to charming Fratte Rosa. Highly recommended.
